Although we visited the Dream Glow Festival during their grand opening last week, it was very wet as the storm rolled in. But even with the rain, once the ribbon cutting began, the lights came on and the whole park transformed into a glowing festival of color.
The layout features three themed sections—Dragons, Under the Sea, and Christmas Land. I especially loved the light tunnel and the big displays that lit up the night despite the weather. If you enjoy places with lots of photo ops, this is definitely a must-see with plenty of fun corners and an interactive light experience.

There were also a few food options available for purchase. We tried the cherry Coke float—at least I think that’s what it was called, lol—and it was actually pretty good. The soft serve wasn’t exactly soft (more on the frozen side), but it still hit the spot, and it came in a cute cup.
The event takes place at Wild Rivers Waterpark in Irvine from November 14 through December 30.
